Services

What we look after

  1. Rooftop units

Package units on single-storey commercial buildings: repair, belts, coils, economizers and replacement.

  2. Split systems

For offices, suites, back rooms and server closets.

  3. Controls

Programmable and networked thermostats with opening-hours schedules and temperature limits, so the system isn't cooling an empty building all weekend.

  4. Ventilation

Exhaust and make-up air for kitchens, salons and busy rooms.

Maintenance

A plan that fits a small business

Twice a year, at times that suit you, with a written report on every unit.

  1. Survey

We list every unit: where it is, how old it is, what it serves.

  2. Spring

Cooling check, coils, drains, belts, filters and controls.

  3. Autumn

Heating check, burners, safety controls, filters.

  4. Report

What we found, what's coming up and a price for anything needed.

Tenants and landlords

If you lease your space, the lease usually says who looks after the HVAC. Tell us who that is and we'll send the quote and the report to the right person — or to both.
